With 30 years of experience in higher education and an MBA in International Business, Ken directed the recruitment system for Johnson & Wales University — one of the largest hospitality and business-focused non-profit universities in the United States. Over the course of his tenure, annual new student enrollment grew to nearly 5,000, representing 50 states and 90+ countries. Ken’s tireless approach to international student recruitment resulted in Johnson & Wales consistent ranking of top 100 universities in overall international student enrollment, and 10th for universities at the master’s degree level.
Ken’s direct responsibilities included oversight of a $20 million operating budget; collaboration with academics, student services, athletics and alumni on pre-enrollment advising programs; and strategic planning with focuses on enrollment, discounting, net revenue and surplus planning. Leading a department of more than 150 staff members, he ensured continuity of messaging and adherence to accreditation and regulatory affairs. He also served as an executive leader in the implementation and opening of three additional, regional campuses across the country, ensuring overall enrollment objectives were achieved in new markets.
Executive Vice President & Co-Founder
Jeff holds a master’s degree in Computer Education and has worked at the highest levels of enrollment management at two private, non-profit, multi-campus institutions. His responsibilities included development of local marketing and recruitment plans, creation of visitation programs, and formation of decision, protocol and scholarship guides.
Jeff worked to ensure targeted enrollment was achieved while maintaining financial aid and discounting budgets. He has supervised teams of admissions staffs for more than 25 years, delivering on enrollment objectives both domestically and internationally. Jeff also has experience launching CRM solutions that allow for targeted communication throughout the enrollment funnel process. His international recruitment experience centers on the Caribbean and Latin America.
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Sonjoy serves as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and his primary role is driving the global presence for EAG partner institutions and managing the strategic recruitment plans for these institutions. Sonjoy has over 20 years of experience and a diverse background in the fields of infrastructure, international business, and higher education. A Gold Medal in Civil Engineering graduate, Sonjoy has been instrumental in launching various successful businesses in Africa, the Middle East, and East Asia Pacific for two of the top Fortune 500 companies in India. Through these ventures, he has gained a deep knowledge of the local markets.
Since joining EAG, Sonjoy has been instrumental in driving global project implementation strategies for our partner institutions. Through his organizational skills and global exposure, Sonjoy is defining the roadmap for geographical expansion for our partner institutions and has oversight of the global recruitment plans to ensure enrollment targets are being met. Sonjoy holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering degree.
Vice President of India Development
Ms. Adhikary’s primary role will be leading the development of the educational agency network within India as well as strengthening our college partners’ market positions within India. Ms. Adhikary comes to EAG with professional experience in providing business consultative services with expertise in long-term strategic planning and business development management.
Ms. Adhikary is founder of PlanTree Ventures, a multi service consulting firm that provides a full range of services including; research, consulting, technical assistance and training solutions within the private business, government and higher education industries. She holds a B.A. degree in Geography and M.sc in Geomatics and Space Application.
Vice President of South Asia & Southeast Asia Development
In 2006, Pawan founded Bradford Education Consultancy (BEC), a professional consultancy firm in Nepal servicing undergraduate and graduate students. BEC also operates offices in the U.S. and Australia to assist Nepalese students in furthering their studies in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Through Pawan’s leadership and development, BEC has partnered with more than 150 institutions to meet their enrollment objectives.
As CEO of Bradford Education Consultancy, Pawan leads a team of 22 in developing strategic recruitment plans and has extensive experience in developing digital and social media initiatives including the international college search platform apply global.com. Pawan is a self-made entrepreneur and a visionary who excels in developing markets abroad. Pawan is well-engaged with the educational community and is also an active participant in ICEF, NAFSA and ECAN.
Vice President of Middle East & North Africa Development
As the founder of Global-Exchange, Mr. Bizragane brings 15+ years of experience to the international higher education arena. He holds an MBA in Global Business Leadership and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Global Studies and International Affairs.
Mr. Bizragane has broad experience in all aspects of international admissions, academic advising, enrollment and recruitment within the Middle East and North Africa markets. Mr. Bizragane will provide support and service and develop EAG network in the Middle East and North Africa.
Vice President of Canada Development
Brian served as Vice President for Enrollment and Dean of Admissions at Graceland University in Iowa for 15 years where he consistently recruited student athletes from more than 8 provinces, 42 U.S. states and 10 countries. Brian received multiple recruiting awards from Graceland and was honored with a national championship ring for his work with the 2006 Men’s soccer team.
In 2010, Brian took a position with Ryerson Athletics and Recreation as Athletics Coordinator and Admissions Liaison. As an expert in scouting premiere athletes and supporting families through the recruitment process, Brian was instrumental in helping Ryerson Athletics recruit the highest quality of student athletes, including several OUA and CIS/U sport all stars. In 2016, Ryerson won its first two OUA championship banners and in 2017 Ryerson won their first national championship. By 2019 Ryerson was home to thirty-eight Academic All Canadians, up from just one in 2010.Brian’s work to recruit academically qualified students has helped position Ryerson as one of the most sought-after universities in North America.
Besides his admissions experience, Brian has also excelled in development. While at Graceland University, he spearheaded strategies with major donors and secured a grant for over two million dollars as the primary donor liaison. Brian volunteered on the first Executive Board of Camp Quality in Ontario, where he helped to raise funds for children with cancer and served as Program Director during the first two years of operation.
A native of southern Ontario, Canada, Brian excelled in several sports in high school and played baseball at the college level. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education and Health, and a Master of Science in Higher Education in Collaborative Learning and Teaching from Graceland University.
Director of Global Partnerships & Recruitment
Jeanne co-managed a national recruitment network that generated more than 100,000 leads annually. She also managed a student search program targeting close to one million SAT and ACT test takers.
Working with recruiters in diverse geographic locations, she identified visibility goals, established analytics for progress monitoring, developed web-based training programs and measured product knowledge with competency evaluations. Jeanne has also managed the operating budget for four university campus admissions offices and acted as a liaison with the university system’s finance office. Jeanne holds a BSBA degree in Marketing from Bryant University.
Director of Global Marketing & Recruitment
Pat holds a degree in Communications from Rhode Island College and has over 25 years of national and international experience in the fields of marketing, advertising, customer service and event management for both the OEM and higher education industries.
Pat has worked for multi-national corporations including AIM Solder, Canfield Technologies and most recently for a large private, non-profit university. Pat spearheaded the creation of marketing and recruitment plans aimed at generating enrollments from across the country and from around the world. She’s been responsible for creating well-balanced, multi-channel communication plans for each stage of the admissions funnel. Pat’s communications work has received numerous national marketing awards.
Director of International Recruitment, Global
Serving more than forty years as a civil servant of the Dutch Kingdom, the majority served on the island of St. Maarten where he was born, Calvin is passionate about advising students and families of their higher education choices.
Calvin has a deep understanding of the higher education industry which he obtained through his professional service as a coordinator and senior officer for Study Financing of the Education Department in St. Maarten before going on to serve as Policy Advisor to St. Maarten’s first Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports.
In his professional capacity, he has visited over fifty colleges/universities in the USA and Canada and was responsible for negotiating, and drafting agreements enabling St. Maarten students to benefit from reduced tuition rates and institutional scholarships. Since 1991 he has organized and arranged campus visits for large groups of local high school students to colleges and universities in the USA.
Country Manager, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador and Mexico
Andres’ primary role will be leading the development of the educational agency networks within the Latin American market with a focus on Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador and Argentina. He has a decade of experience recruiting international students and specializes in recruiting student athletes for U.S. colleges.
In 2015, he co-founded Education Abroad Latin America (EALA), an international recruitment company that operates in North and South America and the Caribbean. Andres is a former international student and holds an MBA in marketing. In addition to his work with EAG, he will continue leading EALA.
Nova Southeastern University, Director of International Recruitment, Global
Mick comes from a higher education family with an international recruiter father, a professor mother, and a VP of Enrollment aunt but it wasn’t until five years ago that he began his own path in higher ed. After a diverse career background, Mick began working in university admissions and international recruiting. He began his career in higher education with a small domestic territory outside Detroit before expanding to include Puerto Rico. After meeting his wife, he moved to Dominican Republic where he recruited international students for EAG and organized university recruiting tours for Autopista Americas.
Mick is passionate about working with students and helping them pursue their goal of a university education in the U.S. He loves to see students grow through their university experiences. Mick has a B.A. in Economics & Anthropology from Centre College and an M.A. in Anthropology from University of South Carolina.

As an international recruiter for Nova Southeastern University, Ms. Nimmi Goel is responsible for connecting with and providing support to international students throughout the admission funnel from inquiry to enrollment. She has more than eight years’ experience in higher education recruiting students for the North American and Australian markets.
Counselling students and guiding them toward their future is her passion. She enjoys helping clients by ensuring they are well served as they work towards achieving organizational objectives.
Ms. Goel will be managing recruitment for students in India and will be focusing on creating connections with educational institutions and consultants while increasing NSU’s visibility in the India market. Ms. Goel holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Delhi University.

Adolfo Samaniego Espitia
Nova Southeastern University, International Recruiter, Panama, Nicaragua and Mexico
Adolfo is a seasoned globetrotter having visited more than forty countries during his lifetime. He began his professional career in Panama where he attended the Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua and stayed to focus on customer service in the finance industry. After several years in banking, he moved to Switzerland to study French at Ecole Suisse de Langue in Montreux. During that time, he entered the higher education field working for one of Europe´s main language travel companies. As the Latin America and Panama manager for ESL Education, Adolfo was responsible for the recruitment of students looking for Pathway and Foundation programs in the UK and USA.
Eventually Adolfo returned home to Panama where he developed a travel language program servicing students in Latin America. He brings more than twenty years’ of experience counseling students looking to study abroad. With his strong customer service, communication and counseling skills, Adolfo will be responsible for developing and strengthening the presence of Nova Southeastern University in Panama, Nicaragua, and Mexico.

Nitish will be responsible for developing and strengthening University of Bridgeport’s presence in India; his focus is on creating connections with educational institutions and consultants while increasing UB’s visibility in market. Nitish holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Delhi University and has more than 10 years of professional experience in Finance & Client Relationship Management.
During his professional experience as a Business Analyst, he provided end-to-end support and solutions in integration and mergers. He also was responsible for the development of business strategic plans and recruitment analysis.
Vishal Sagar Muthyala

Vishal joins the EAG team with more than eight years of experience in the Higher Education field. His experience working for both colleges and international agencies has provided him with a full understanding of the student life cycle from application through enrollment. A graduate of Northumbria University in the UK with a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vishal finds his analytical and communication skills to be a great asset in helping him bridge the gap between himself and prospective students.
His personal experience as an international student is what trigged his desire to counsel students through the many challenge’s students undertake to fulfill their dream to study abroad. Vishal is responsible for developing and strengthening the University of Bridgeport’s presence in India.

Ms. Rosebella Nguyen graduated from Ton Duc Thang University with a bachelor’s degree in English Linguistics. During her time at the university, she instructed students in communication and English to help them obtain their academic certificates including IELTS and TOEIC.
After graduation she worked for a major corporation specializing in books and materials production, but it was her love for education and assisting students that brought her back to the education industry where she was employed as senior counselor for OSI Vietnam, a renowned education and consulting company.
Ms. Nguyen takes great pleasure in assisting students and ensuring their needs are met while they strive to achieve their educational goals. Ms. Nguyen will be managing recruitment for students in Vietnam and Cambodia and will be focusing on creating connections with educational institutions and consultants while increasing University of Bridgeport’s visibility in the Vietnam and Cambodian markets.

Purushottam holds an MBA in International Business and has proven work experience in higher education. Lubaba is responsible for communicating and assisting international students across the admissions funnel from inquiry to enrollment as an International Recruiter for EAG partner schools in Bangladesh.
She will assist in the development of the agency network and strengthen EAG’s college partners’ market positions in Bangladesh for undergraduate and graduate programs. Lubaba holds an MSc degree in Climate Change and Development as well as an MBA in Human Resource Management. Prior to joining EAG, Lubaba worked in several corporate sectors in business development.
